By accessing our website or joining our waitlist, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Prayer Link is a mobile application currently in development that will allow users to share prayer requests and pray together with their faith community. Our website currently provides information about the app and allows users to join a waitlist to be notified when the app becomes available.

By joining our waitlist, you:

• Provide accurate and current email information
• Consent to receive notifications about Prayer Link's launch and updates
• Understand that waitlist registration does not guarantee access to the app
• May unsubscribe from communications at any time

7. App Permissions & User Data

Prayer Link complies with the Apple App Store Review Guidelines and Google Play Developer Program Policies. By installing or using the mobile application you acknowledge that the app may request the following optional permissions:

• Contacts: Used only to help you discover and add friends already using Prayer Link. We do not permanently store your full contact list and you can disable this feature at any time.
• Camera & Photos: Used to capture or choose profile pictures and custom backgrounds. Images are stored securely and never shared without your consent.
• Phone Number: Collected for account creation and verification via one-time password (OTP). Your phone number is not visible to other users unless you choose to share it.

Granting or denying any of these permissions will not prevent you from accessing the core prayer feed. You can modify your consent at any time through your device settings.

Our website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
• Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of information
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for our services (currently $0 for waitlist registration).
