Our Commitment to Child Safety

Prayer Link, operated by Vertial Holdings Pty Ltd., is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users, especially children. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and are dedicated to preventing and addressing any such content or behavior on our platform.

Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Prayer Link strictly prohibits any content or behavior that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers children. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Grooming a child for sexual exploitation
  • Sextorting a child
  • Trafficking of a child for sex
  • Sharing or storing child sexual abuse material (CSAM)
  • Any other form of sexual exploitation of children

Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) Policy

CSAM consists of any visual depiction, including but not limited to photos, videos, and computer-generated imagery, involving the use of a minor engaging in sexually explicit conduct. CSAM is illegal and our Terms of Service strictly prohibit using Prayer Link to store or share this content.

Reporting Mechanisms

Prayer Link provides multiple channels for users to report concerns related to child safety:

  • In-App Reporting: Users can report concerning content or behavior directly within the Prayer Link app
  • Email Support: Contact us at safety@vertial.com
  • Emergency Contact: For immediate concerns, contact our child safety team

Our Response to Reports

When we receive reports of potential CSAE or CSAM, we take immediate action in accordance with our published standards and relevant laws. This includes:

  • Immediate review of reported content
  • Removal of any confirmed CSAM or CSAE content
  • Reporting to appropriate law enforcement authorities
  • Account suspension or termination for violators
  • Cooperation with law enforcement investigations

Legal Compliance

Prayer Link complies with all applicable child safety laws and regulations, including but not limited to:

  • Australian laws regarding child protection and online safety
  • International laws and treaties on child protection
  • Google Play Store policies and requirements
  • Apple App Store guidelines
